Contentious Trusts

We use our experience and expertise to assist with the resolution of issues arising in the context of trusts outside of the court process, including through mediation. Where such a resolution is not possible or is not appropriate, we have considerable experience of the Court process, both in relation to administrative and hostile proceedings.
