Prior to joining Davies & Ingram in 2015, Jane worked for 15 years at Mourant Ozannes in both the litigation and legal aid departments specialising in personal injury and medical negligence claims in addition to a broad spectrum of insurance law related and civil claims.
Jane started out her career in insurance and worked within the industry for 13 years before moving into the legal profession. She has also handled petty debts cases, evictions and assisting with Mental Health Tribunal cases. Throughout her time dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence cases, Jane has dealt with a broad spectrum of injuries ranging from minor through to life changing injuries – including brain and spinal injuries – from both a defendant and claimant position.
Between April 2012 and October 2013, Jane worked on the Historic Abuse Redress Scheme which Mourant Ozannes administered during that period for the States of Jersey.
